Reservation Policies for Lake
Alpine Resort

All Cabins are non-smoking.
Minimum 2 Night stay on weekends.
Minimum 3 Night stay during holidays.
A Credit card is required to make your reservation.
Reservations are taken by phone only.
Lake Alpine Resort is pleased to reserve your cabin
by telephone.

A deposit of the first night's lodging is charged to
your credit card at the time the reservation is made.
If a credit card is not available, a check may be sent
in for the deposit within 5 working days. If not received
within 5 working days, your reservation is automatically
cancelled. Any changes or cancellations must be made
within the appropriate time period. The credit card
will be charged the remaining amount in full 21 days
prior to check-in. You will be charged for your entire
stay. If the reservation is made within 21 days before
the stay, the full amount of the stay will be chargedd
to the credit card at the time the reservation is made.
The credit card also guarantees a $300.00 security deposit.
This deposit is a damage and cleaning deposit for the
cabin.
Guests of Lake Alpine Resort are responsible for all
damages to the cabins, including any damage that may
exceed the security deposit plus any additioanal charges
for cleaning that may be required.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation period is 14 days before the reservation
begins.
The deposit is refundable less a $35.00 cancellation
fee if we are notified of a cancellation at least 14
days before arrival. For notification of less than 14
days, the deposit will be forfeited. This includes shortening
your stay with less than 14 days notice.. Cancellations
due to acts of God, forces of nature and/or road closures
are not refundable.
No refunds for early checkouts.
Lake Alpine Resort is not responsible for weather conditions
or emergency situations.
Lake Alpine Resort is also not responsible for accidents
or injuries to guests, or lost or stolen items.
Payment
Checks, cash, MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
Terms of Stay
Towel changes: 3rd day and 5th day of stay.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in at the general store. Check-in time is 4:00
p.m. & check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Late check-outs are available upon request and availability.
Things to bring:
Sunglasses
Sunscreen, sunblock, and/or goggles
Flashlight
Weather appropriate clothing
DVDs or VCR tapes. No cable TV available in the cabins.
Food, beverages, and/or personal toiletry items.
