Making Reservations

Lake Alpine Resort is open for Summer and Winter reservations. There is a required 2 night reservation on weekends and 3 night reservation during holidays, subject to availability.

Deposit 

For Reservations of One Week or Longer:  We require a $175 deposit within 7 days to confirm your reservation.  There is a two week (14 days) cancellation notice required for a deposit refund.  If your notification is less than 14 days, your deposit will be refunded only if the cabin can be filled, and a $50 handling fee will be deducted. 

For Reservations of Less than a Week:  We require the first night's deposit after May 1.  There is a one week (7 days) cancellation notice required for a deposit refund.  If your notification is less than 7 days, your deposit will be refunded only if the cabin can be filled, and a $25 handling fee will be deducted.

Check in/Check out Time

Check in time is 4 P.M.  Check out time is 11 A.M.

Pets

We DO NOT accept pets in the Bedroom or Studio Cabins under any circumstances.   Please do not bring your pets planning to let them sleep in your car  Pets are accepted ONLY in the tent cabins, but the animal must be on a leash or in a crate.

Rates

Bedroom Cabins

Now Available Year Round - our cabins are now open for all four seasons.

Also, extra bedrooms need not be rented for the entire length of your stay, only for the nights you will have people using them.  Prices in the chart above are for two people in each bedroom. The third bedroom has three twin beds, to sleep a total of 7 people.  Add $10.00 daily to the rate if you have a 7th person in your party.

Studio Cabins

Available for Summer Rentals only

Quaking Aspen has an under-cabinet refrigerator and a coffee maker, and does not have a barbecue stand.  Jeffery Pine and White Pine have complete kitchens.  White Pine has an additional trundle bed, sleeping a total of 4.

Tent Cabins

Available for Summer Rentals only

Each tent is on a wooden platform with four twin beds, an overhead light, a screen door, an outside fire pit, a picnic table and an outside central faucet.  Bring your own towels and a sleeping bag or bed linens, blankets and pillows.  Public bathrooms and coin-operated showers are nearby.  Pets are allowed on leashes.
