At an elevation of about 7400 feet, Lake Alpine covers 180 acres and is surrounded by fresh air, mountains and woods.  Boating and Swimming are excellent opportunities to enjoy the lake, and the 10 MPH speed limit for power boats helps promote serenity for people and animals alike. 

Lake Alpine Lodge rents Row Boats, Kayaks, Canoes and Motor Boats.  Near our private boat dock is a public boat launch that is Handicap-accessible, for those who bring their own boats. 

Swimming from either of two small sandy beaches near our boat dock is a delightful way to spend an afternoon, and great for the kids, too, because the water is shallow, but you'll have to swim at your own risk as there are NO Life Guards on duty.  Of course, swimming from your boat is also at your own risk.

EVERYONE in the boat must WEAR a Life Jacket!!!

There is a 2 hour minimum on all boats as well as a required $100 deposit.
